this is so beautiful, i can feel how beautiful it felt that morning to be kissed by the sun!! having your heart broken feels like thousands of arrows are carved to your heart, your heart still keeping you alive but you don’t feel like you are. a part of you is shattered on the floor like glass and it takes a lot of time to repaire those wounds, to glue the pieces back together only to realise when you just finished stitching the wound close, it opened again. healing feels so insane, because sometimes you are fine and the wound feels healed, but other times it feels like it is caught up in flames again, burning.

i love how you write what you love and you don’t stick to only one form of art, but you try and explore the things you are interested in, that you love <3 i loved this poem so much, and i am sending so much love & hugs for you 🫂 take care of yourself, and give yourself time 🤍

may the moon shine brightly to you to tonight!

with all my love, julia xx

This is such a stunningly beautiful piece. Opening a book on such days, I often choose to lie back on my bed just so that I can watch how the sun and it's shadows drift across my sheets and onto the wall as I flick through the pages. Your words capture this so enchantingly.

There must be something in the summer air. I was getting ready to post a short poem of mine with similar sentiments (albeit a little more melancholic).

Love love love poetry, and can't wait to read more of your writing.
